Registration Steps

  1. Go to the ICEdu online submission system
  2. Fill in the information required thoroughly with correct spelling. All information related to the conference including the official Letter of Acceptance and Conference Program will be sent to your email relevant to the name(s) and affiliation(s) mentioned
  3. Join the ICEdu WaG Participant by clicking here
  4. Submit your abstract (follow the template given) if you register as a presenter at the conference.
  5. Your abstract will be reviewed, and once your abstract has been accepted, you will be invited to attend the conference.
  6. Upon your abstract is reviewed and accepted by the committee, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Letter of Acceptance (LoA) 
  7. Your full paper will undergo blind review and the result will be returned to you
  8. Revise your paper if needed, and submit your revised paper before the deadline
